Abstract
Background: Every surgery has effects likes inconvenience and traumatic for patient. One of the complaint from patient is the feelings of pain. Pain is the main problem of the post operative care because of pain is the defending mechanism program if there is cells damaged and makes the individu give the reaction with move on the pain stimulation. General purpose is describe about the Nursing Care Basic Needs depends on the worse pain. Result of Nursing Care: The main problem of the Nursing care on all of the five post-laparatomy patient has bad pain connected with agent of physical injury. All of them said that the pain intensity is because of so many factor like age, sex, and education. There is the intervention between the new inovation in nursing that are breath relaxation and technic distraction with five finger that has result decrease of the pain intensity. For the patient that gived by the breath relaxation and technic distraction with five finger after gived by 30 mg ketorolac, and on patient gived by breath relaxation and technic distraction before gived by 30 mg ketorolac. Recomendatiton: The result show that breath relaxation and technic distraction with five finger can decrease thw intensity of pain.
