Abstract
Background: Dengue fever caused by Aedes Agepty mosquitoes. How to treatment and treatment of dengue fever include pharmacology and non-pharmacology. The way of non-pharmacological treatment is by guava juice. The application of guava juice to meet the needs of fluid volume shortage and platelet override in DHF clients Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to find out how much guava juice effect on five patients, to give an idea of the results of nursing care in patients with nursing problems lack of fluid volume. Results: Of the five patients undertaken by nursing action with guava juice application showed the fulfillment of peoral fluid deficiency needs met. Conclusion: Application of guava juice fluid therapy is effective to fulfill the need of fluid volume deficiency
