Abstract
Background: The community is a social group living in a place, interacting with each other, getting to know each other and having similar interests and interests (WHO: 2007). The community is a group of people living in the same location where they live, a social group having the same interests (Riyadi: 2007). It is expected that with the realization of environment and healthy behaviors as well as the increasing ability of the society, the health degree of individual, family and society can be improved optimally (Yuddi: 2008). General Objective: Analyze nursing care of gerontik in hypertension patient in TunjungSetoKecSempor village, after client drink sledri juice. Results of nursing care: Based on data obtained from the number of cases of hypertension performed nursing care as many as 5 cases, and from 5 cases (100%) of cases of hypertension that occurred at the age of 60 years and over. Based on the sex of 5 cases apparently tend to males will be more susceptible to hypertension diseases than women are 60% men and 40% women. And on the 5 clients after it is recommended to consume herbs are 100% sledri juice. Recommendation: In hypertensive patients begin to switch to using the treatment in a way (nonpharmacology) one of them with herbal therapy to be an alternative choice, namely by consuming sledri juice.
