Abstract
Background : typoid patiens have gastrointestinal disorders symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea vomiting, no appetite, dry lips and cracked. Resulting in significant nutritional changes if not in management for the diet, patiens will complain of weakness, fatique and weakness. General purpose : Explained about nursing care with nutritional imbalance less than body needs in cases of typhoid fever. Result of nursing care : of the five patiens performed for 3 day, all of whom experience nursing problems of nutrient imbalance less than body requirements. The implementation is to study the ability to eat, giving food in small portions but often, soft rice diet, high calorie and high protein,encourage families to give the food they like and avoid foods that contain gas or acid and spicy. In collaboration with anti emetic and antasida. Recommendation : Diet early solid low fiber dense is the food is slightly dense/soft rice consisting of low fiber food and only a few leftovers but the need for more calories compared with soft pulp. The five patiens responded well and reduced the risk of nutritional disorders.
