Abstract
Background: The mammary tumor is an imbalance that can occur in a cell / tissue in a mammary that grows wild and uncontrollable. Surgical indications of curative or palliative mammary tumors, depending on the tumor stage. Surgery is a potential and actual threat to one's integrity and can further cause stress and anxiety reactions. It takes a pharmacological and nonpharmacological action to reduce anxiety, one of which is nonpharmacological therapy of murottal therapy of the Qur'an. Purpose: Writing of KTA is aimed to analyze Nursing Care Pre Operation Lumpectomy In Mammae Tumor Patients with Anxiety in Lotus Room RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Results: The results of the study conducted by the author to the five patients obtained Nursing diagnosis that appears in the five patients mammae tumor is anxiety problems associated with the threat of death and disease process. The therapy given to the patient is audio therapy or sound therapy with murottal alquran. Murottal Stimulants Al Quran can be used as a relaxation therapy even better than other audio therapy stimulants and can improve psychological health by performing this audio therapy independently, in order to get closer to Allah SWT Recommendation: Murrotal Alquran therapy can be used to reduce anxiety levels in preoperative lumpectomy patients in mammary tumors.
