Abstract
Background: Thypoid fever is usually about the digestive tract with a common symptom of symptoms of fever that is more than 1 week, thypoid fever disease is endemic and is one of the infectious diseases spread in most developing countries including Indonesia and become a very important problem (Depkes, 2006). Purpose: Writing KTA aims to analyze Nursing Care In Typhoid Fever Patients with Hyperthermi Problems in Kenanga Room RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Result: Based on case study result in 5 patients with thypoid fever treated in room Kenanga RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen found the main nursing problem that is hipertermi. The focal data from the five patients were the heat subjective data over 2-5 days, the objective data of the skin felt hot, shivering, the skin looked reddish. Based on the scores obtained that the priority diagnosis to be addressed is a diagnosis of hyperthermia. The nursing actions performed are observing vital signs, is a ttv monitor, the motivation of many drinking patients, give thin clothes absorb sweat, give warm compresses. Apply warm water compresses after administration of antipyretics in cases of high fever. Compress body on the forehead and armpits / axilla (Sodikin, 2012). Conclusion: After giving warm compresses there is a decrease in temperature. Recommended for typhoid fever patients as non-pharmacological measures for temperature reduction.
