Abstract
Bckground. Fulfilling the need for oxygen is the first part of physiological needs according to Maslow's Hoerarchy, because oxygen is one of the vital needs for our lives. The high fowler position is very helpful for clients who experience dyspnea because it relieves the pressure on the diaphragm that allows the exchange of larger volumes of air. Aim. The writing this scientific papers aim to understand and apply Nursing Care Needs Fulfilment using a comprehensive and comprehensive nursing process approach. Method. The writing this paper is an analytical descriptive with case study approach. Results. There is a difference between the high fowler position of oxygen saturation change in patients with bronchial asthma of 3.6 in oxygen saturation change. Conclusion. The authors draw conclusions: the priority nursing diagnoses is the ineffectiveness of airway clearance associated with increased secretions.
