Abstract
Introduction: disturbances in the respiratory system are a major cause of morbidity and mortality. infections of the respiratory tract are much more common than infections in other organ systems and range from ordinary flu with relatively mild symptoms and disorders to severe bronchopneumonia, one of the lung infections is bronchopneumonia. Objective: to describe nursing care with the fulfillment of basic needs of oxygenation in patients with bronkhopneumonia in space Cateliya Cilacap General Hospital. Result: Monitor intervention vital signs, giving oxygen therapy, doing inhalation therapy with nebulizer, doing chest physiotherapy. Implementation was performed on 5 patients ie monitor vital signs, giving oxygen therapy, doing inhalation therapy with nebulizer, doing chest physiotherapy. evaluation on 5 patients after being inhaled with nebulizer followed by physiotherapy was able to reduce the patient's secret production. conclusion : After 3 days of nursing care in 5 patients with nursing airway difficulty ineffective and inhalation with nebulizer followed by chest physiotherapy can reduce the production of sputum/patient secret
