Abstract
Background: Hypertension disease will be a serious problem if not managed properly, because it will develop and cause dangerous complications such as the occurred of heart disease, congestive heart failure, stroke visioner disorders, and kidney disease. Management of Hypertension is one effort to reduce the risk of some compliance that always threatens disease of high blood. Objective: To know Hypertension management behavior on hypertension patients in Clinical Primary Kartika 0709 Kebumen Method: This research used quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study were 32 patients taken in total sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Results: This study resulted in the finding that all hypertension patients with hypertension drug use category less (100.0%). Most Hypertension patients with moderate physical activity (75.0%). Most hypertension patients with less nutritional category (62.5%). Most hypertension patients with good category stress management (75.0%). Conclusion: The majority of hypertensive patients in Clinical Primary Kartika 0709 Kebumen showed poor hypertensive management behaviors of patients, such as lack of discipline to take hypertension medication given by the clinic, lack of regular physical activity or exercise, poor nutrition management, and less able to manage stress well. Recommendation: It is expected that Clinic Primary Kartika 0709 Kebumen can be used to provide training and education on how to control and what to do in hypertensive patients by implementing a healthy lifestyle.
