Abstract
Background: Immunization of measles on Jatisari Village is still low at 79% compared to 98% measles immunization target. Maternal compliance in measles immunization by the level of knowledge of mothers about measles. Objective: To know the correlation between knowledge level and maternal compliance in measles immunization in Jatisari, Kebumen Method: This research uses correlation description with cross-sectional approach. The samples in this study were 42 mother's taken in total sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlative analysis using Chi Square test. Results: This study yields findings that most respondents with good category knowledge (78.6%). Most respondents in the category adhered to the immunization against measles (88.1). Conclusion: There is a correlation between knowledge level and maternal compliance in measles immunization in Jatisari Village Kebumen Sub Distro tak Kebumen (p-value=0.001). Recommendation: Future research is expected to use prospective designs that are the same number of individuals interviewed repeatedly from time to time over a certain period. Knowledge of measles immunization at 8 months and will be seen again until the age of 11 months.
