Abstract
Background: Oxygen is the most vitalbasic need oxygen in the human body, oxygen plays an important role in cell metabolism. Lack off oxygen causes, the vital tissues such as the brain and heart can’t survive much longer without oxygen suplay continue. In the discussion of nursing problems that arise when examined on monday, may 30, 2016 at 11.00 am patient said the patient sometimes coughing but she can’t get out the sputum, respiratory rate x/min, when auscultated sound wheziing. Diagnose that arise are ineffectiveness airway clearance, intervention and implementation conducted monitoring vital sign, teaches effective cough, memonitory statuse respiratory and oxygen, a patient sleeping semi fowler position,the auscultation heard in the lung breath. Evaluations are conducted over two days, the patient says is not dispneu, the sputum can bring out with effective cough techniques. Recommendations from the various theories and journals on fulfillment of ineffectiveness airway oxygenation especially one of them is an effective cough that can help maximum expectoration.
