Abstract
Assessment on Mr. M May 30, 2016 at Cempaka hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen obtained client data says the left chest is pain, pain as squeezing, scale 5, pain is gone and come. Blood pressure150/90 mmHg, pulse 54 times/minute, respiration 28 times/min, temperature is 36.5ºC. Acute pain related to injury to the biological agent, interventionalready made that a comprehensive assessment of pain (PQRST), observationNonverbal of discomfort, teach techniques nonfarmakologi (distractionrelaxation and deep breathing), pain evaluation, increase the break, collaboration and give analgesics to reduce pain, monitor vital signs, and implementationalready done all the appropriate interventions. Evaluation is carried out for 2 days,problems of nursing acute pain related to injury to biological agents. The recommendations of various studies about the sense of fulfillmentsafe and comfortable especially acute pain distraction techniques that results obtainedrelaxation and theraphy music an effective, capable, and gives the effect on the decreasein the intensity of the pain.
