Abstract
Background: In a mental disorder can experience violent behavior. Violent Behavior is a condition in which a person performs actions that may be physically harmful, either to himself or to others. Handling violent behavior in addition to the use of deep breathing relaxation techniques, therapy with exercise is helpful. Purpose of Writing: To describe the result of analysis of nursing care on the patient of violent behavior risk at Wisma Baladewa RSJ Prof. dr. Soerojo Magelang. Methodology: The methodology used was analytical descriptive with case study approach on 3 clients along with measurement of symptoms of violent behavior and client ability. Instruments in the form of an observation sheet of symptoms of violent behavior and client ability. Results: Characteristics of clients of male sex, aged 23-53 years, and most of them have high school education and have undergone treatment 8-14 days. The results of the assessment show the three clients with nursing diagnoses of violent behavior risk. The nursing care given to the three clients has decreased symptoms and increased ability. The significant increase occurred in client 2 with a decrease in symptoms of symptoms as much (60%) and capacity increase (71,4%). Recommendation: the need for continuity and modification of individual therapy combination of deep breathing exercises and energy group activity group therapy on nursing care risk of violent behavior.
