Abstract
Background: Symptoms that are often found in people with severe mental disorders one of them is experiencing disturbance sensory perception hallucinations. The nursing actions that can be given to hallucinations with the provision of implementation strategies General Objectives: Analysis of nursing care on client hallucinations at Wisma Amarta Putra RSJ. Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang. Result: Characteristics of clients in the case study showed a significant decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations in the K2 client as much as 50% and there was an increased ability to perform a hallucinatory implementation strategy on K2 and K3 clients of 3. Recommendation: Routine schedules are required in implementing the implementation strategy.
