Abstract
Background: Stroke is a condition of rapid disappearance of neurological function due to impaired perfusion of blood vessels in the brain. Approximately 90% of patients who have a stroke suddenly experience weakness or paralysis of some limbs. Joint mobilization with Range Of Motion (ROM) exercise is one of the earliest forms of rehabilitation in stroke patients. Objective: Describe the results of nursing care analysis of physical mobility impairment in stroke patients in Kemuning Room Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. Result: The nursing diagnosis that appears on the client is the physical mobility barrier. Action: Actions taken in the handling of physical mobility barriers in stroke patients, the authors do Range Of Motion (ROM). Evaluation: The evaluation results indicate that the diagnosis of physical mobility is partially resolved.
