Abstract
Background Hyperbilirubin is a situation of the newborn baby where the total serum bilirubin is more than 10 mg/ dl in the first week which is characterized by yellowish color in the baby or commonly called jaundice. If this situation is left untreated and continues with too high indirect bilirubin levels, it can damage brain cells (Kern Ikterus). General aim describing the results of the nursing care analysis in clients with neonatal jaundice problems in Melati room, Prof. Dr. Margono Hospital, Soekarjo, Purwokerto. Results of nursing care Evaluation results showed that diagnosis of neonatal jaundice nursing was partially resolved and fully resolved. Nursing innovations provided were stimulation massage carried out on three clients who were undergoing phototherapy for three days and each client experienced a decrease in jaundice. Recommendations It is expected that the next researcher will stimulate massage on clients with neonatal jaundice using the same patient criteria.
