Abstract
Background: The ineffectiveness of airway clearance is a major problem in the world especially Indonesia, one of which is caused by pulmonary tuberculosis. Effective cough is an attempt to remove phlegm and keep the lungs clean. Objective: Describe the results of nursing care analysis on the client with airway ineffectiveness problems in respiratory system disorders: pulmonary tuberculosis in Cendana Room RS Prof dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospital Result: Nursing diagnoses that appear on the client is ineffective clearance of airway. Action: Actions taken in the treatment of ineffective airway ineffectiveness in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the authors performed effective coughing. Evaluation: The results of the evaluation indicate the diagnosis of airway clearance effectiveness has not been resolved.
