Abstract
Background: Head injury is a traumatic disruption of brain function with or without interstitial hemorrhage in the brain substance without being followed by the dissolution of the continuity of the brain. head injury is usually caused one collision or accident. While the result of a head injury and the most fatal is death. As a result of head trauma patients and families experience physical changes and psychological, nursing care in patients with head injury plays an important role especially in the prevention of complications. Complications of a head injury are infection, bleeding. Head injury plays a role in nearly half of all deaths due to traumas. Traumatic head injury often encountered in the field. The incidence of head injury in the world each year is estimated to reach 500,000 cases of the amount above 10% of patients die before arriving at the hospital and more than 100,000 patients suffer from varying degrees of disability as a result of the head injury. Objective: To investigate the nursing care that is given to the client with injuries brain was in the emergency room unit. Methods: This scientific paper is an analysis of three nursing care to clients with impaired tissue perfusion assessment cereberal by way of problem formulation, data analysis, intervention and evaluation. Results: The results obtained from the nursing care clients who suffered head injuries was an average experience dizziness and headache, and often accompanied by physical disabilities or injuries. The head-up position 30o effective for lowering intra-cranial pressure on clients with cereberal tissue perfusion.
