Abstract
Stroke is a clinical syndrome that early onset of sudden, progressive form of focal neurological deficits or global and lasting 24 hours or more, or directly cause death, Giving 30º elevation to the position of Non hemorrhagic stroke patients are expected to reduce intra-cranial pressure. After nursing action by giving the position of elevation of 30 degrees can be evaluated that the risk of increased intracranial pressure can be prevented. Other actions that can be taken to prevent increased pressure intra-cranial is positioning the head flat (0) and elevation of the head (30) in patients with ischemic stroke can be performed alternately by close monitoring for the presence of changes in pressure intra-cranial, besides positioning which alternately can provide benefits in improving oxygenation and earlymobilization
