Abstract
Background, Fracture is a breakdown of continuity of bone tissue structure. Handling carried out by hospital, especially in surgery, it’s by the operative method, which is a form of operation with the installation of the Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). Non-pharmacological management uses the Al-Qur’an Murrotal therapy. Objective, Explaining of nursing care by giving Al-Qur’an Murottal therapy to Post Orif Radius patients with acute pain nursing problems in the Teratai Room of RSUD dr. Soedirman Hospital at Kebumen. The results of nursing care, the assessment was carried out on three patients Post Orif Radius in alloanamnesa and auto-management, then physical check and supporting examinations were carried out. From the data analysis obtained by the author drawing conclusions priority of nursing problems are acute pain. After the intervention was carried out and the implementation of Al-Qur’an Murrotal therapy for 3x24 hours, the patients felt safe and comfortable and there was a decreased in the scale of pain being mild. Recommendations, Provision of Al-Qur’an Murrotal therapy in patients with impaired safety and comfortable it proved to be used to reduce the scale of pain, soothe patients to avoid anxiety / worry. In principle, the treatment of Al-Qur’an Murrotal therapy should be carried out continuously and independently so that patients who impaired sense of comfort and safety can be resolved.
