Abstract
Background: Acute myocardial infarction is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Early mortality rate which is 30 days in AMI patients by 30% with more than half the deaths occur before the patient reaches the hospital. Although the mortality rate of decline is as much as 30% in the past 2 decades, about 1 in 25 patients who were alive at the beginning of treatment, died within the first year after AMI. Objective: The purpose of this scientific paper describes the nursing care given to with acute myocardial infarction in hospitals Nursing problem that often arises is ineffective breathing pattern b.d penuruanan pressure inspiration / expiration. Methods: Implementation has been given one interventions to address the nursing Results Problems airway clearance in Tn. K is to Make Giving oksigensi 3 LPM within 10 minutes can increase oxygen saturation of 90% to 95%.
