Abstract

Background: Based on WHO data (2015) it is estimated that deaths from heart disease increase to 20 million. Then it will continue to increase until 2030, an estimated 23.6 million people die from heart disease. Activity intolerance is one of the serious problems of CHF patients because physiologically it can interfere with activities commonly carried out by patients. One of the treatments for activity inolerance in heart failure patients is ambulation exercise. General Purpose: explained that home based exercise training is an ambulation exercise in CHF patients with activity intolerance nursing problems. Results: Based on the three cases under management, the same nursing problem was obtained, namely activity intolerance. The evaluation results showed that the ambulation exercise in CHF patients still helped patients tolerate their activities as evidenced by the presence of changes in vital signs before and after ambulation exercise. Recommendation: An ambulation exercise can help reduce the problem of activity intolerance in CHF patients, it can also prevent recurring recurrence.
