Abstract
Background: Electronic Medical Records is an application using electronic methods that functions to collect, store, process, and access patient information data in hospitals, where the data has been stored in an information system in the form of systematic data. Objective: To determine the level of nurse satisfaction with the Electronic Medical Records at RSU Permata Medika Kebumen using the End User Computing Satisfaction method. (EUCS). Method: This research is a type of quantitative study, with a cross-sectional approach. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and the sampling method employs total sampling. Results: The results of this study, viewed from the level of nurse satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, show a Mean score of 4.21 in the Content dimension with a very satisfied category, 4.1 in the Accuracy dimension with a satisfied category, 3.7 in the Format dimension with a satisfied category, 3.0 in the Ease Of Use dimension with a fairly satisfied category, 4.07 in the Timeliness dimension with a satisfied category, and 4.15 in the User Satisfaction dimension with a satisfied category. Conclusion: Based on the research results, in general, the satisfaction level of nurses using Electronic Medical Records who employ the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method feel satisfied in dimensions such as Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, and User Satisfaction. However, in the Ease Of Use dimension, they only achieved a category of moderately satisfied. Recommendation: Future researchers can continue the study on the factors influencing the implementation of Electronic Medical Record users with other variables such as the role of staff, attitudes, and education.
