Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teachers/employees at CV. Indonesia Mitra Media. The independent variables are work environment and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is OCB. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of 100 individuals, and the sample was determined using Slovin’s formula with a 5% margin of error, resulting in 80 respondents. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB, and (3) work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on OCB. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.727, meaning that 72.7% of the variation in OCB is explained by the work environment and organizational culture, while the remaining 27.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. In conclusion, a conducive work environment and a strong organizational culture play an important role in improving OCB. Therefore, organizational leaders should focus on enhancing the quality of the work environment and instilling a healthy organizational culture to encourage greater OCB among employees.
