Abstract
Background: imbalance of nutrients the body needs less of the nutrient intake is not enough to meet the metabolic needs. The impact of nutrient lack include: physical pertumbuhn failure, decreased IQ, decreased productivity, decreased resistance to infection and disease, increases the risk of contracting the disease, and death. This problem can be overcome by providing nutrition via bolus feeding. General purpose: provide an overview of nursing care with a problem fulfilling the needs of nutrition on the client with a very low birth weight Infants. Discussion of Nursing: issues that arise from the need of less nutrient imbalances of the body associated with biological factors, the risk of hipotermi related to the age of extremes, and the risk of infection associated with immunosuppression. Intervention and implementation: done in the form of starting an exercise program the right way the digestive tract, gastric residue checks, giving BREAST MILK through feeding bolus, use clean engineering in providing food through the hose, giving IVFD D5% and Aminofusin, and weigh client daily. Evaluation: the main actions performed during the three days that is breast feeding through the bolus feeding by gravity drip method which is used to meet the needs of nutisi and improving the nutritional status of the client.
