Abstract
Background: Violent Behavior Risk is a situation where a person commits an action that can be physically harmful, both to himself and to other, accompanied by anger and uncontrollable noise. One alternative action to reduce violent behavior in Dosaraso Shelter of Kebumen. Methods: Analytical descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects consisted of 2 participants who experienced the Risk of Violent Behavior. The instrument used in this case study is an instrument of signs and symptoms of RPK and observation sheets the ability to do low acrobic exercise with interviews and observation. Aerobic low impact exercise is carried out for 15 minutes, the movements used are in accordance with the SOP within 5 meetings. Results: After applying the aerobic low impact exercise for 5 meetings, it was found that the decrease in RPK signs and symptoms in P1 decreased from 9 scores to 4 scores, while in P2 there was a decrease from 11 scores to 5 scores. There was an increase in aerobic low impact gymnastics on both clients. P1 there is an increase in ability obtained 8 result (72%) which is a good category. Recommendations: Aerobic low impact exercise is used for clients at risk of violent behavior and can be applied both at home and in the community to reduce signs and symptoms of the risk of violent behavior.
