Background: Injection of circumcision anaesthesia causes pain in children. Pain is an unpleasant thing, based on emotional experience related to injury or tissue damage both actual and potential or understood as damage. Objective: To describe nursing care in acute pain with slow breathing therapy by playing balloons to reduce the level of difficulty in children when injecting circumcision anesthesia. Methods: This study used a descriptive method using case studies on 2 pediatric patients in the clinic Dr. Bangun Dwi Laksana Kamulyan Village. Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale. Slow breathing therapy is given for 4 minutes before an anesthetic injection and 1 minute when an anesthetic injection is taking place. Results: Results that indicate the level of decline in respondent 1 at the beginning of the scale of 6 in the end became a scale 2. While in respondent 2 at the beginning of scale 4, in the end, it became a pain scale 0. Recommendation: For further researchers, it is hoped that they can apply slow breathing not only to the injection of circumcision anesthesia but also to be done during wound care in children. Conclusing : Slow deep breathing therapy by playing blowing ballons can reduce the level of pain in children when injection circumcision anaesthesia
