Abstract

Background: Chronic renal failure is the biggest cause of death. According to the Indonesia Renal Registry (IRR), there were 269 CRF cases in Indonesia in October 2022, with a 58% death rate (157 cases). Treatment failure in HD patients can arise owing to a lack of patient compliance to return to HD visits or a lack of patient satisfaction with the services received. The level of patient satisfaction is critical as a benchmark for determining how well services are implemented in compliance with specified service standards. Research Objectives: To assess the satisfaction of Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) patients receiving hemodialysis services at Aghisna Medika General Hospital with BPJS. Research Method: A quantitative description serves as the research design. Total sampling is used in the sampling technique. Twenty patients with CRF who received hemodialysis at Aghisna Medika Hospital participated in the study. A questionnaire was employed as a study tool. Research Results: According to the study's findings, the respondents were 46-55 years old (40%), male (85%), and had HD for 1-3 years (45%). Satisfaction of Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) patients in hemodialysis services with BPJS at Aghisna Medika Hospital The majority of responders (75%) were in the satisfied category.
