Background: In the current global era, services no longer only focus on patient satisfaction but more on patient safety. Patient safety is a priority for all health professionals in hospitals, because providing safe services to patients is an important part of improving hospital quality Objective: This research aims to describe the nurses' compliance in implementing patient safety. Method: The present study is a quantitative and descriptive research conducted to determine the existence of independent variable values, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons or connecting with variables. Result: The majority level of compliance was in the medium category, 40 people (76.9%). Conclusion: There is sufficient motivation from nurses to implement patient safety according to standards. The higher the motivation, the higher the nurses’ compliance in implementing patient safety Recommendation: Nurses are advised to improve compliance performance in implementing patient safety in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP), especially in effective communication and preventing the risk of infe
