Abstract
Latar Belakang: Hypertension is a patient characterized by increased systolic blood pressure more than 140 mmHg and diastolic more than 90 mmHg. If left untreated, persistent increases in blood pressure can lead to kidney, heart, and brain damage (stroke). Quickly in treatment. Hypertensive disease at this time occupies the number three death after stroke and tuberculosis patients. It was recorded that there were 6.9% of causes of death that occurred in all among people in Indonesia. Every year hypertension always increases and shows that hypertension must be treated immediately Early prevention in hypertensive patients is very important because it can prevent the onset of various diseases such as: kidney failure, stroke, and heart disease. Tujuan: Describe nursing care in hypertensive patients with nursing pain problems. Metode: This scientific paper is descriptive with a case study approach data obtained from Studies, Interviews, and Observations with the three respondents suffering from hypertension. Hasil: After the application of Slow Stroke Back Massage Therapy for 3 consecutive days back pain in patients decreased with an average decrease in pain by 2 scales. Rekomendasi: Hypertensive patients can be overcome with Slow Stroke Back Massage therapy as a non-pharmacological therapy to lower blood pressure.
