Abstract

Background : Bronchopulmonia is one type of respiratory infection that occurs in the bronchial region causing mucopurulen exudate production. The severity of the disease varies from child to child and depends on the child's background. Inhibitors are performed in patients with bronchopneumonia to enhance coughing effectively, improve breathing frequency, breath patterns and decrease sputum production. Objective : This study aims to identify nursing foster care in child patients with Nursing problems of respiratory cleanliness in bronchopnemonia patients with breast physiotherapy action. Methods : This study uses descriptive methods by analyzing breast physiotherapy actions in ineffective respiratory cleansing patients with bronchopneumonia. This case study involved five respondents of children aged 1 to 11 with bronchopneumonia who experienced ineffective respiratory cleansing. Nursing Care Outcomes: In this case study of five patients namely Cleaning of the Breathing Path ineffective with nursing intervention intervention given breast physiotherapy action. Out of five children patients who have experienced Cleansing of the Respiratory Path Ineffective after performing physiotherapeutic breast surgery have improved effective cough, breathing frequency improved, breath patterns improved and sputum production decreased. Recommendation : The results of this study can be applied to pediatric patients with complaints of ineffective respiratory cleansing to enhance stones effectively, improve respiratory frequency, improve breath patterns and decrease sputum production in non-pharmacological ways.
