Abstract

Background: Chronic renal failure is a non-reversible, progressive disorder caused by the loss of the body's ability to maintain the body's fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia and azotemia. Patients with chronic kidney failure who are in the final stages, in order to continue living a normal life, have to undergo dialysis therapy or hemodialysis, causing them to feel threatened and it won't be long before feelings of high anxiety or anxiety emerge. One action to overcome anxiety is Dhikr Therapy. Purpose: Explaining mental nursing care for anxiety patients with a medical diagnosis of CKD by administering five finger hypnosis and dhikr at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Results: The results of the study conducted on the five respondents showed that the five respondents experienced anxiety problems, and after administering the Dhikr terai for 3 days, the five respondents experienced a decrease in anxiety levels with a HARS value of 14-20. Recommendation: It is hoped that future researchers will be able to examine the provision of dhikr therapy to HDR patients.
