Abstract

Background, A family is a group of people united by the bonds of marriage, blood, or adoption. Health problems that often arise at the family stage with young adults include communication problems between young adults and parents, role transitions for husband and wife, health care, degenerative diseases, menopause and lifestyle. The success of a treatment in TB is supported by adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs with a predetermined dose. Purpose, Knowing the results of Family Nursing Care Adult Development Stage with Health Care Problems Ineffective in Pulmonary TB Clients by Conducting Education on Regular Treatment Methods in the Work Area of Mandiraja II Health Center Case taking method, Through a case report approach conducted to 5 families with the application of educational interventions, treatment methods or drop-out prevention; The results of nursing care, all families in the adult development stage with the main problem of ineffective health maintenance with the intervention of implementing educational actions about Pulmonary TB. Implementation was carried out for 2 weeks with 7 meetings. The evaluation results showed that the problem of ineffective health maintenance nursing was resolved with the results of the majority of patients after being given educational actions, knowledge increased. Recommendations for case studies, It is hoped that family involvement will be involved in every community health center intervention.
