Mild cognitive impairment in stroke patients is characterized by decreased memory, concentration, and thinking skills, which impact daily activities and the recovery process. Therefore, Puzzle therapy is performed because it can be an effective nursing intervention to improve cognitive function in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. General Objective: To find out how nursing care is provided to SNH (non-hemorrhagic stroke) patients with cognitive disorders using Puzzle therapy at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Research Method: Descriptive research with a case study approach involving five SNH (non-hemorrhagic stroke) patients. The intervention was in the form of picture matching therapy (brain game) Puzzles with the aim of improving cognitive function. Research Results: The results showed that the research of the five patients experienced an increase in their ability to use non-pharmacological techniques to improve orientation and memory, in addition to a decrease in feelings of anxiety and worry after Puzzle game therapy, as well as increased family support. Conclusion: Puzzle therapy is effective as a nursing intervention to improve cognitive function in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital.
