Abstract

Drug logistics management in a pharmaceutical warehouse requires structured operational procedures supported by an information system to ensure the accuracy of drug receipt and distribution and compliance with the latest regulations. Although the Purworejo District Health Office Pharmacy Warehouse has implemented the Drug Management Information System (SIMO), the existing SOPs do not specifically regulate its use and have not been adjusted to the latest regulations, namely Minister of Health Regulation Number 20 of 2019 and Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2022. This study aims to draft a draft SOP for drug receipt and distribution that integrates the use of SIMO in accordance with applicable regulations. The results showed that the previous SOP did not detail the flow of activities that already utilize SIMO, potentially leading to inconsistencies in the implementation and recording of drug logistics data. Through this project practice, a draft SOP for drug receipt and distribution based on SIMO has been prepared, which includes integrated work stages. This draft SOP is expected to serve as an operational reference to support the orderliness of the drug logistics process and improve data traceability in accordance with the principles of the health information system
