Abstract

Background : The Integrated Emergency Response System (SPGDT) aims to reduce morbidity and mortality rates. The implementation of SPGDT is important because it can provide optimal results in improving the survival of victims of injury or trauma. Basic Life Support seeks to prevent brain damage and support a person's life expectancy until they reach clinical care that is appropriate to their complaints. SPGDT knowledge is important because the understanding gained by a person through experience and education can affect patient safety. Research Objective : To determine the description of SPGDT knowledge among volunteers of the Siaga Ambulans Community in Kebumen. Research Method : This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive observational design. The research instrument uses the SPGDT knowledge questionnaire. Sampling with total sampling. The research respondents were 60 people. Research Results : The results of the study showed that most respondents were aged 26-35 years, most were unmarried, the majority had a high school/vocational high school education and the majority had worked > 5 years in Si Bulan, and 9 people (15%) had poor knowledge of SPGDT, 17 people (28.3%) had good knowledge and 34 people (56.7%) had sufficient knowledge in the Si Bulan Community in Kebumen. Conclusion : The level of knowledge of SPGDT in the Ambulance Alert Community in Kebumen is mostly quite good. Recommendation : Further researchers should develop this research by re-developing the questionnaire, collecting data directly, providing interventions, increasing the sample and following suggestions from respondents.
