Abstract
Background: Cruris fracture is a break in the continuity of the tibia and fibula . In patients with fractures, pain is the most common problem. Pain is a protective mechanism for the body in this case as control or alarm to danger. The pain of acute fractures , acute pain can be predicted but can make patients frustrating and often leads to anxiety and psychological depression. Objective: to know the interventions made and determine the latest interventions performed in patients at acute pain with fracture cruris. Result: The results show the nursing care is a priority for the diagnosis of acute pain experienced. The nurse has taught deep breathing and relaxation techniques to collaborate analgetic during 3x24 hours. Conclusion: The results showed reduced pain nursing care on a scale of 7 to 3 during the given nursing care. This shows that the nursing actions provided have succeeded in reducing pain. Recommendation: providing relaxation techniques and collaboration analgetic expected to be implicated to patients who experience severe pain especially so safe, patients met the needs of a safe and comfortable
