Abstract
Background: Respiratory Distress Syndrome is caused by surfactant deficiency, especially in newborns with less gestation. Because of this the baby experienced problems ineffectiveness of the breath pattern Objective: Analyze nursing care in neonates on the problem of inefficiency of breath pattern room Melati RSUD.Prof.Dr.Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Result : Based on the action performed that the provision of oxygenation based on the value of down scores proved to be used to monitor or evaluate the subsequent oxygenation Conclusion: The results show objective data no chest retraction, no nasal lobe breathing, patent airway and a decrease in the value of the down scores.
