Abstract
Background: Clients suffering from chronic renal failure have a basic human needs problem that is acute pain associated with a biological injury agent. Purpose: To describe the results of analysis of nursing care in chronic kidney disease patient with acute pain at hemodialisa room of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital Result: Diagnosis that appears on the client is acute pain associated with biological injury agent. Action: Actions taken in the treatment of acute pain associated with the agent of biological injury to the client, the author performs the provision of deep breathing techniques. Evaluation: The evaluation results indicate the diagnosis of acute pain associated with biological injury agents not resolved
