Abstract

Background: Polyclinic service is the gate of hospital. Based on pilot study that as much patients said that they had waited long time for getting madical service and form years to year the PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong hospital polyclinic patients always increase. Purpose: This study to know the relationship between the waiting time and patient satisfied toward the impatient clinical service. Method: Using Descriptive analytic with Chi Square bivariat test. Research Results: There were 78% of respondents argued that they got long time service and 22% respondents in fast service category. For patient satisfied was found 66% respondents in satisfied level, 23% respondents said very satisfied and 11% felt unsatisfied service. Result of square optained Pvalue 0,425, it means that ho is rejected. Conclusion: There is no relathionship between the waiting time and patients satisfied at impati polyclinic service in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Recommendations: Futher research should study about the time discipline of helath service and effectivity of health machine support at hospital.
