Abstract

Background Appendicitis patients pre-operation before in doing the act of operation of experienced the emergence of anxiety. A method to make reduce anxiety in doing therapy Religious and audio music therapy murotal. Objective This scientific writing can be able to do the care of nursing properly on a patient pre-operation that experienced appendicitis anxiety. Method This sciencetific writing was is descriptive analytic with the approach a case study on 2 patients used HRSA during the 2 meeting In duration 5 minutes. Obtain through assessment, observation. Is the two patients with the same problem. Result After give an audio therapy with at listen to music religious and murotal, there has been a decrease and anxiety that was originally anxiety being becoming Mild anxiety and an increase in their capacity to introduce religious. Recommendation On a patient pre appendicitis operation writer apply audio music therapy religious and murotal, to reduce the level of anxiety.
