Abstract
Background, patient satisfaction is used as a benchmark for every health service and is always related to the quality and quality of health services. Health services that can be measured by the quality of their services are pharmaceutical services. Research Objectives, This study aims to determine how the description of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Gombong I Public Health Center. Research Methods, his study uses a descriptive research design that describes the case in the study based on a factual and systematic look at the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Gombong I Public Health Center, Kebumen Regency with the Simple Random Sampling technique, namely random sampling and based on inclusion and exclusion criteria Research Result, Overall the description of the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Gombong I Health Center results in "Very Satisfied" with a percentage of 85%. Based on the points in Permenkes No.74 of 2016 the results are very satisfied with the speed of drug service points by 83%, the clarity of pharmacists in providing drug information, and pharmacist friendliness of 81%, points for completeness of drugs and medical devices and the comfort of the waiting room the results are satisfied by 75%, for the next point the responsiveness of pharmacists and the cleanliness of the waiting room were satisfied by 71% and 69%, and the points for the availability of brochures, leaflets, posters as drug information were not satisfied by 53%. Conclusion, Overall the description of the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Gombong I Health Center results in "Very Satisfied" with a percentage of 85%. Recommendations, For the puskesmas, it is necessary to improve the availability of brochures, leaflets or poster for drug/health information
