Research Results: The result showed that most of the workload of nurses in the medium category were 12 nurses (50,0%), most of the nurses working period was ≥ 10 years, namely 7 nurses (29,2%), while hand hygiene compliance in the obedient category was 17 nurses (70,8%) and the rest did not comply with 7 nuses (29,2%). While the significance of (p) = 0,012 (p value < 0,05), so there is a relationship between workload and length of service with hand hygiene compliance.
