Abstract
Background: Clean and Healthy Living Behavior refers to a set of actions taken voluntarily or based on ability, enabling individuals and communities to manage their health independently and contribute to improving overall health. Objective: To identify the factors associated with the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior among students at SD N 1 Karangtengah. Method: This study is quantitative, employing a descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire, and the sampling method used is total sampling. Results: The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior at SD N 1 Karangtengah is significant, with a p-value of 0.000. Additionally, the availability of PHBS facilities and infrastructure is associated with the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, with a p-value of 0.012. The role of teachers is also linked to the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: Based on the research results and data analysis, there is a significant relationship between knowledge, facilities and infrastructure, and the role of teachers in implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior at SD N 1 Karangtengah. Recommendation: Future research could explore other factors related to the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior among students, such as the role of parents, attitudes, and education.
