Abstract
Oxygenation is the fulfillment of the need of oxygen (O²). Oxygenation physiological needs is a basic human need that is used for the survival of the cell metabolism of the body, to keep him alive, and for the activity of various organs or cells. Preventing the occurrence of oxygen deficiency which is caused due to the reduced supply of oxygen to the body in patients with nursing problems ineffectiveness breathing patterns, prevention beginning by providing oxygenation needs.The general objective of writing scientific papers is to analyze the nursing care given to clients with problems breathing pattern ineffective with chronic renal failure in the Emergency Room Hospitals Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Results the problem that arises is the ineffectiveness of breathing patterns associated with hyperventilation and excess fluid volume associated with impaired regulation mechanisms.
