Abstract
Backgorund: Post-surgery patients feel painful. Nursing care in handling the pain can be independent care of a nurse, such as non-pharmacology therapy that is dhikr therapy. Based on the results of the preliminary study, 75% with laparatomy were obtained in October-December 2018 in Kenanga Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital at Purwokerto. Objective: Finding out the analysis of nursing care that given to patients with acute pain in Kenanga room Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital at Purwokerto. Method: This study used a descriptive method by analyzing dhikr therapy on the pain scale. Result: After the dhikr therapy in patient there was a dzkir therapy in 1st patient there was a decrease in pain scale 4 to 1, in the 2nd patient there was a descrease in pain scale 4 to 1, in 3rd patients there was a decrease in pain scale 6 to 1. Conclusion; Dhikr can be influens the pain scale of post-surgery patients. Recommendation: a comprehensive assistant in research and motivation is needed when the patient intervenes
