Abstract
Background: Severe head injury is a trauma to the head that can cause injury with Score (GCS) 8 caused bay a traffic accident, the action that can be done is the administration of IV fluid mannitol, to reduce intracranial pressure by transferring fluid from the intracellular to the intravascular space. In addition, a head up position of 300 can also be gicen to improve venous drainage, cerebral perfusion, and reduce intracranial pressure. Objective: Analyzing nursing care in patients with nursing problems with brain tissue perfusion disorders in IGD RSUD Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Method: This study used a descriptive method by analyzing the actions of Manitol and Head Up administration on COB. Result: After the action of water tepid sponge in patient I there is a decrease in BP 150/110 to 140/90 mmhg, in patient II there is a decrease in TD: 140/90 to 130/90 mmHg, and an increase in GCS from 7 to, in patient III there is the increase in Td 130/110 mmHg, and an increase in GCS from 7 to, in patient III there is the increase in Td 130/110 to 135/90 mmHg. Conclusion: There are changes in GCS and TTV in patients with COB after head up and mannitol positions are performed. Recommendation: It is expected that the next researcher can be a comparison material in the next case study
