Compliance with patients with chronic kidney failure in carrying out a program therapeutic is very important to note use, because if the patient is not obedient in carrying out hemodialysis therapy it will cause a buildup of harmful substances in the body from metabolic results in the blood so that patients will feel pain throughout the body. Objectives: Finding out the factors that influence the compliance of patients with chronic kidney failure in undergoing a hemodialysis therapy program. Methods: The method in this study used a quantitative descriptive design with a Cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 124 respondents using the Krejcie table. Bivariate analysis using Chi- square test and multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression test. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between age and adherence to undergoing a hemodialysis therapy program with the results of p-value 0.002 <0.05. There is an influence between the level of knowledge about hemodialysis and adherence to undergoing a hemodialysis therapy program with the results of p-value 0.001 <0.05. There is an influence between motivation and adherence to undergoing a hemodialysis therapy program with the results of p-value 0.000 <0.05. There is an influence between patient perceptions of nurse care and adherence to undergoing hemodialysis therapy program with the results of p-value 0.002 <0.05. There is an influence between family support and adherence to undergoing hemodialysis therapy program with the results of p-value 0.001 <0.05.
