Abstract

Background: Security / protection is a condition that is free from physical and psychological injury, or safe condition and peaceful, there is no physical disorder or thought (Perry & Potter, 2006). General Purpose Scientific Writing: to give an overview of nursing care with a problem fulfilling the needs of the sense of security and protection on a client with Diabetes mellitus. Nursing Resume: Based on the assessment dated June 16, 2016 at 10:00 am the writer gets subjective data the client said the wound had not replaced the old bandage, the client said he wanted replaced the bandages, objective data there is a wound on the right foot post amputation, wound are pus, GDS: 150 mg / dL. Nursing problems that arise from these data is the risk of infection associated with chronic diseases. Intervention and implementation done to resolve the problem of wound care, assess signs of infection, and check GDS. Results of the evaluation for the three days of the issue is not resolved continue nursing wound care interventions by day.
