Abstract
Background: Buerger allen exercise shows a significant number in enhancing perfusion extremity and alleviating pain levels in clients with diabetes mellitus. Purpose: Able to understand the concept of Diabetes Militus and be able to provide nursing care to patients with Diabetes Millitus with the Ineffectiveness of Peripheral Tissue Perfusion. Method: the case study method in this research is a descriptive method that is carried out with the main objective being to make a picture of a situation objectively. This is intended to obtain a picture of the effect of applying Buerger Allen Exercise in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Results: From the implementation results obtained an increase in Ankle Brachial Index on client 1 by 0.13, client 2 by 0.08, client 3 by 0.10. Conclusion: Evaluation obtained after implementing nursing is an increase in Ankle Brachial Index.
